I pick Spinks via decision in a fight which he replicates what Floyd Patterson did by boxing and moving. I see a similar fight unfolding.

Evander Holyfield also via decision. But I think Evander may have a harder time than Spinks due to his tendency to want to stand and trade punches. But Holyfield out works him and beats him to the punch more often than not.

Both Spinks and Chuvalo had better defense than Evander from `91.

So do you think they could defeat Chuvalo?

Don`t know from those clips I`d say Spinks had the better chance.

I'd say both would beat George, but Chuvalo would have more of a chance against Spinks.

I like Chuvalo over Spinks but Holyfield over Chuvalo.

I'd favor Spinks because he could replicate everything Patterson did to win.

I actually think Holyfield has more trouble (but still wins) because he'd trade punches more than Spinks would. Much more so.

If Spinks wins, the body punches he'd have to absorb would not do him 1 iota of good in his subsequent fights. That wear and tear factor he'd have to go through would be considerable & Chuvalo would be walking through his punches all night long.

Evander would handle things much better of the 2 & wins a comfy decision in a somewhat hard fight. George is not going anywhere against these guys & is walking forward and landing to the hips and kidneys all night long. Not the kinds of punches the judges at ringside give a lot of credence to but the kinds that cause deterioration.

Both guys would hurt their hands a lot more than they'd hurt Chuvalo.
