In his career Wlad faced few fighters of his size...probably Fury and Joshua would create serious troubles for him even when he was at his best.

Lewis would have spanked Volodymyr Klychko.

Yeah I'm using his birth name, I prefer it.. Volody, I think it's catchy.

Maybe Fury would create problems for prime Wlad, but AJ would get KTFOed.

Wlad. Too fast, too powerful, too waxed.
I firmly believe Wlad would put Lewis out cold at any time. His RH is on a different level to the RH's that iced Lewis. Wlad has actually never been iced like Lewis, it takes a lot of clean hits to TKO Wlad.

Wlad has better power, better speed, better endurance, better technique, can take a better punch and is also more intelligent. That doesn't mean Lewis can't win, but I don't think he has any actual advantages. There's an idea he has some ambiguous tough guy advantage but it's hard to prove that.

But you guys do know that Lewis won the Olympics in 88, as did Wlad in 96, right? I guess that was the intention of the OP

    Tony Thompson 6'5, Pulev 6'4.5, Wach 6'7.5, Sanders 6'4, Wolfgramm 6'4.5, Pianeta 6'5, Ray Austin 6'6, Williamson 6'4, McCline 6'6, Jefferson 6'6, Joshua 6'6, Fury 6'9
Hardly a few. That whole size thing is a bullsh!t argument.

I have to go for lewis.
both were excellent boxers, and both had pop, but wlad's chin issues forced him to change the way he fought.
huge props to wlad to coming back from those crushing KO's, but knowing that is a major ace in lewis' deck.

Lol! Nice try but the Wladimir Klitschko that fought Fury and especially Joshua was out of prime and not near as fast as a young Wlad.

Lewis was actually stopped in the ams by lesser fighters than Wlad. The Soviet Alexander Miroshnichenko stopped Lewis in the ams. So did Jorge Gonzalez. Wladimir would beat Lewis.

Exactly. And they bring up the myth of “Wlad never did well with fighters his size” but how about Lewis NEVER facing a guy with a young Wladimirs hand speed, power and foot speed.

    Lewis takes this by KO
Vlad has not developed the style that would go on to give him the legacy he has left the Boxing world

That alone would means Lewis knocks him out in 5
    Fun fantasy match up however
