I think this would look like the Tyson/Berbick fight. I see Foreman trying to push Tyson back,(Tyson could match his physical strength better than Frazier because he's stronger than Frazier) the same way Berbick tried to when they fought and trying to time Tyson with uppercuts but not sucessful because of Tyson's headmovement and counterpunching. For Every clubbing punch Foreman tries to hit Tyson with, Tyson would counter him with 3 or 4 punches to his 1. It would look like the Trinidad/Mayorga fight. A strong skilled techincally sound boxer/puncher vs. a strong crude clubbing puncher. One things for sure, it won't go the distance.

Bad, bad style matchup for Tyson. Foreman ate swarmers alive.

Not this one he wouldn't. He's too slow, he would never hit Tyson. And even if he did, Tyson had a cast iron jaw when he was at his best.(he showed that when he took Rudducks best, and Rudduck was a murderous puncher) And he wouldn't be able to take Tyson best punches either. I'd give him more credit than Bonecrusher though, he would at least try and bang with Tyson after getting knocked out by Kid Dynamite.

[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GlHLuvDYtOc&feature=related[/ame], Look how fast Tyson was coming in on opponents and Bonecrusher gave up when he realized he couldn't time tyson with uppercuts and not only that he didn't wanna get knocked out, that's why he was holding him and clutching him the way he was. Most fighters trying to bang with Bonecrusher at this stage of his career would of gotten knocked out trying to come in on him.

Tyson's speed would make this a tougher out for Foreman than Frazier was, but Frazier's head movement was superb and he still got plastered. Foreman gets way too much **** for being "crude", because he always had a sharp, telephone pole of a Jab and his timing was outstanding. I think Prime Big George probably interrupts a lot of Tyson's offense with that Jab and busts him up big time with uppercuts, but his body is going to take a beating in the process.

Also Tyson would offset Foreman with his jab when he came in on him(Tyson had a very underrated Jab and he outjabbed Tyrell Biggs and Tony Tucker, 2 athletic heavyweights with speed that had a tremedous reach adavatge) followed by combinations. He would love fighting someone like Foreman because he would know that Foreman doesn't have the necassary boxing ability or speed to get his punches in. He would be easy for Tyson to hit with combinations.

Frazier had a great rhythem of movements when he came in on you, with a great workrate but he was mostly a left hook guy. Tyson was more versatile than Joe and he definitvely had a better defense. Tyson rarely got hit when he was at his best. Tyson also could hurt you with either hand and Tyson had more speed than Frazier and had better timing than Frazier.

Tyson never fought anyone as good as Frazier or Ali. I think it would be a great fight but you are horribly underrating Foreman's speed and Boxing ability. He wasn't a speed demon and he wasn't the second coming of SRR, but his Jab was outstanding, those clubbing punches came from all sorts of angles, and he was much quicker than he is given credit for. Tyson Jabbing with Foreman would be a death wish. Tyson had a good Jab for a guy with limited reach but Foreman's was sharp, accurate, powerful, and extremely well timed. Tyson would be better served with slipping and winging the overhand right over the top of it, but either way he is still going to get caught and guys just didn't walk through that Jab.

You gotta be kidding me. Tyson had a much better jab than Foreman did. Watch his fight with Tyrell Biggs and Tony Tucker. They had at least 6 inches of reach on Tyson and they were both very athletic heavyweights with speed, and Tyson out jabbed them both. And Frazier would get knocked out too by Tyson. It would look like the Marvis Frazier fight, bad style matchup.

[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-SGjNJMmMZA[/ame], and like I said he would never hit Tyson, look how fast Reggie Gross was throwing punches at Tyson and the best he did was graze him with a shot.

Why start a thread asking a question if you are so thick and stubborn as to not consider new Facts brought to you? Oh, that's right, this wasn't intended as a discussion to begin with, it was merely a platform for you to say outrageous things such as comparing these Jokes to a Prime Foreman.:patsch

Because I disagree with your assesments on what you think would happen. And no, they weren't jokes of fighters until tyson ruined these guys. They all were good solid heavyweights and skilled boxers with great ameuter backgrounds who had potential to be very good fighters had Tyson not been around. Foremans Jab actually was better in his late 40's than it was in his prime, he just didn't have the tenacity and great punching power he had in his prime.

    Foreman by K.O

Foreman never lost to anyone who came straight at him, it was suicide to come straight at George and that is exactly what Tyson would do

Tyson didnt have to power to stop George, if Cooney, Holyfield, Frazier and Morrison couldnt put George down i dont see Tyson doing it
Mike will walk into uppercuts and clubbing rights all night and be knocked out by the 6th round Imo

Very nicely put. Mike barely makes it up at 9 when he gets dropped and the ref is forced to intervene

I knew you would be coming in this thread soon, I was just waiting.
Oh, BTW, Tyson stops Foreman in 3 and makes him his human punching bag the way Cotto did Margarito in the second fight and the way Trinidad made Mayorga his punching bag.
