Fraizier couldn't do jack to foreman and I rate his head movement above tysons just because of the frequency he does it. Even when Frazier was constantly bobbing and weaving foreman still timed his punches perfectly. It may take a good 4 or 5 rounds but foreman could take some heavy punishment and would break Tyson eventually.

Lyle put him on his ass. And so did Ali.
Cooney hurt him even though Foreman didn't show it. Foreman said so.
Holyfield stunned him more than once.

And only one on that list could really put punches together...Holyfield. And like I said, he stunned Foreman and he wasn't known for his punching power. Not in one punch. He hurt Foreman like he hurt Tyson: Accumulation and catching him when punches were being thrown.

And, we are also talking about two different versions: Young Foreman's defense was absolute crap. Older Foreman was wiser and had a better defense compared.

However, younger Foreman was a better "FIGHTER". Older Foreman, better "Boxer."

Tyson isn't Fraizer he's faster, stronger and has better defense. In a fantisty fight he's my pick by early ko. Foreman is slow and telagraphs his punches.
Now if this was a "real life" match up my pick is Foreman. From what I understand D'Matto said publicy that Forman is a bad match up for Tyson. I know he was his teacher, but i think he'd be wrong. However that seed of doubt placed in Tyson's sensetive young mind might be enough to give foreman the edge.
If there are any trainers out there reading this. I think it's a bad idea to put doubt in your boxer's minds. The mental part is just as important as the physical part. Thanks to D'matto Tyson would probbly lose to a guy he's better than.

Frazier wish he could have a defense, headmovement, time punches, and hit as hard as a prime Tyson did and with the speed he did.

Tyson is Bigger, Stronger, and Faster from head to toe. Frazier is slow with is feet and can't make up the room to get in close so he was always in punching range for someone like Foreman. Tyson also has a better chin and has a better arsenal of punches. He is a two fisted fast bomber. He also has two healthy eyes.

Frazier isn't taking the bombs that Tyson could take.

Not to say Tyson is winning, but he lasts longer. And he actually has a chance to KO Foreman because young Foreman's defense was crap. He didn't move his head so he would take flush shots. And unlike the slow plodders of yesterday, Tyson could make up room and explode with combinations.

But I'm not saying Tyson wins. Just that he is not Frazier. He is better than Frazier in this particular matchup

foreman by KO 9/10 tysons tailor made for him. I say KO around 4-5 for Foreman

  12. Cus D’Amato once said “no swarming heavyweight who ever lived would defeat George Foreman.” George beats any of the great swarmers including Jack Dempsey, Rocky Marciano, and Mike Tyson.
Mike admitted that whatever his mentor said was what he believed.

What was the punch that really ****ed Mike up against Buster? The Uppercut. Foreman would use that uppercut and **** Midget Lisp up hard!
Foreman was never anyone's punching bag and no one beat him in a brawl. George would manhandle Mike easily as well and have a good enough chin to stand the Tyson attack of the early rounds.

Foreman was at his best against short, stocky pressure fighters who came to him. Although Tyson had superior, speed and power as compared to Joe Frazier he would still be right in front of George and few men in history would be able to stand up to Foreman in a slugfest and hope to survive.
Big G Foreman KO3 Midget Lisp

I think the old Foreman would of had a better chance to beat Tyson. The old foreman was more patient. Tyson hit a lot harder than Frazier. If you watch that first round, Frazier was nailing Foreman but the shots didn't even hurt Foreman. If Tyson hit Foreman with the those same punches, Foreman wouldn't of engaged in a brawl with Tyson like he did Frazier.

Like Tyson always said "EVERYBODY GOT A PLAN TO BEAT HIM, UNTIL THEY GET HIT!"

Who knows? I know it would not be easy for foreman. Tyson used be able to deflect uppercuts before prison nicely so thats not gonna be the deciding factor.
While big george has got that range finder out icould see tyson comming underneith it and banging hard to the body and that vicious uppercut, and as someone else has mentioned he didnt have the best defence early on!
Also tyson never lost to anyone that came straight at him and slugged it out.
Douglas beat tyson using some fantastic boxing. And holy Beat him being first to the punch clinching (headbutting) pretty much fighti g a clever fight, not going toe to toe as he used to or it wouldhave gone badly for him even at that point.
