1988 Sparring Footage of Thomas Hearns vs Matthew Saad Muhammad

These two are some of my favorite fighters of all time, so I was surprised that I never knew the two of them actually sparred. Tommy was preparing for the first Barkley fight, and Saad was unfortunately bankrupt at this point and was sparring Kronk fighters such as Michael Moorer for money. At their peak, Saad would have probably sparked Tommy but still, it is still great having footage such as this being captured.

To be fair though Saad was still fighting at this time, and although clearly shot he still looked pretty decent in the sparring and even moreso in some footage against Michael Moorer.
