If the Marvelous one decided a one fight return, ala Sugar Ray Leonard, who;d win this? Would Hagler's power combined with Norris' chin take it or would Norris' ability combined with Haglers inactivity win it?
Hagler was on a steady decline before he fought Ray in 87. There's no way I'm favouring him in 1990 against Norris with all that inactivity.
Not sure, I'd give Hagler a very slim chance, due to Terry's hardly granite chin. But Hagler was ageing by then of course so..
Norris unless he got caught. I imagine 1990 rusty Hagler would be very slow not to mention 36 (or38) years old.
Gotta go with Norris, he was in his prime. Hagler would be older, slower, and ring rusty. Norris wide UD.
