Bowe easily.... Ibeabuchi barely got past the very overrated Tua, Ibeabuchi much like Tua is king of hypothetical matches. According to Klitschko haters, and Ibeabuchi fans he would have dominated the Klitschko era. What a joke!

    Imagine the fireworks!

Bowe should be favourite if he fought a disciplined fight, however knowing Bowe he prefers to get his hands dirty which would play into Ikes hands.

Id say it goes the distance, maybe a controversial sd for Bowe, being the more popular fighter

Thats a tough one since Bowe was quite an enigmatic figure that was often distracted and undisciplined and IMO his prime was totally wasted he put on a few memorable peformances with the Trilogy with Holyfield being the pinnacle..

Ibeabuchi never had a prime he was a damn polished, unpolished fighter with all the tangibles needed to be GREAT!!!!!!!! you can never discount a fighter that was technically sound, fast, powerful, better than average defense and an helacious workrate, not to mention he was a solid mofo.... Very hard for me to pick... So I wont, I'll say its a pick em

I think Ibeabuchi would have handled him in a tough fight, but realize you are comparing a prime Bowe, to a still up and coming Ibeabuchi. Many people don't realize that Ibeabuchi hadn't reached his prime yet.

Bowe. He had good enough skills from the outside (especially with his jab) to have success at that range, although he'd take his share of punches due to his leaky defense.

He was way more polished on the inside and would beat Ike there as well.

What exactly is overrated about Ike?
In 20 fights he accomplished things it's career for some fighters to accomplish.
Had everything you wanted in heavyweight. Size, good punching power,a great chin and heat?

In 20 fights Ike accomplished something vitali couldn't accomplish in a whole career. Funny your hero quit against a guy Ike blasted in less than 8 rounds and want to talk about somebody being oversted

    Just 5 rounds actually.

The Chris Byrd drool-face is legendary.

Ike has arguable the best 20 fight resume in heavyw boxing history. People don't realize he less experience than both Tua and Byrd when he defeated them.

Physically bigger maybe but, its not the size of the dog in the fight but the size of the fight in the difference

Tough to say if Bowe woulda got the jab going.

If he didnt get the jab going early like he did in his wins over Holyfield, he's getting battered like he did vs Golota.

If tries to go right to war with Ibeabuchi.......he'd be KO2'd.

Bowe, for all his size and skill, had no idea how to maintain distance, defend or use his size offensively.
When he did, he was damn near unbeatable, but he only faced 2 legit top HWs in Golota and Holy, yeah it was 5 fights, but he lost 3 of em, so Im gonna lean to the Prez in this matchup:think
