He did not KO Tucker..............the ref stopped it despite Tucker protesting the extraordinary swelling did not cause him problems, similar to Rahman /Holyfield except Seldon actually punched and did not use his head.

 

McCall couldn't walk through Orlin Norris.

 

I put this on different thread, McCall wasn't even TRYING against Bruno, he was waiting for Frank to punch himself out.

Doing the same against Foreman would have got him sparked.

 

I'd say its a fight that Foreman wins on points 9 times out of 10, because he can't hurt McCall despite what the revisionist fanboys believe.

But just once out of the 10, McCall just might take it seriously enough to focus on the job, then who knows?

 

I am loathe to say anything bad about Ollie, as contrary to what others have said in history, treated with the respect a World Champion deserves he came across as being deep down a nice guy and it was a sad shame to watch what happened to him.

But I still think there is a gulf between being hit by Lennox or Frank Bruno and being hit by a prime George Foreman. I don't think McCalls particular flavor of rope a dope would carry him through
