Cleveland Williams in his prime had a powerful punch and was very dangerous, but '96 Mike Tyson was still a beast with incredible speed and aggression. Williams might try to land his big punch, but Tyson would dominate him with combinations and close range work, where Williams' chin wouldn't help him. Realistically, Tyson finishes the fight by KO in 1-4
Williams has far more success here than he would against an '88 Tyson but this Tyson was still insanely fast, and powerful. Combine that with Williams so-so defense, and lack of survival tactics when hurt, he gets brutally knocked out. With some better trainers, Williams would've been a much much better fighter.
