Since he Retired in 2001 when asked about his Boxing career he stated his fights with Tyson took everything out of him and believed they also finished Tyson insisting both he and Tyson were never the same after those fights lol:
[who?] lol: Another question relates to the idea that Ruddock, who in the Las Vegas casinos is around 2-5 to defeat Lennox Lewis at Earls Court tomorrow, is an improved fighter. 'I know it,' Ruddock said the other day after completing an impressive work-out at a gymnasium in north London. 'I know what I am, I know what I've got,' he said confidently, wiping the sweat from his face with a large towel. lol:

Now Im convinced you have OCD Heres another uncited and unspecified quote that goes against everything youve bee saying. "Unfortunately, and unknown to anyone at the time, the busted jaw Ruddock suffered in the 12-round war with Tyson all but ended his days as a top class fighter. "Razor" was never the same again - certainly his punch resistance was never the same." And dont forget Since he Retired in 2001 when asked about his Boxing career he stated his fights with Tyson took everything out of him and believed they also finished Tyson insisting both he and Tyson were never the same after those fights
Because I reminded you of what a hypocrite you are? Here's some that go against everything you've been saying: ...so what's your point? Don't you forget:
Yes but after all those quotes: Since he Retired in 2001 when asked about his Boxing career he stated his fights with Tyson took everything out of him and believed they also finished Tyson insisting both he and Tyson were never the same after those fights Cmon OCD man lets go till christmas, I know you want to stop but you cant. :rofl
Nice try spin man, the quote is All kidding aside, Im done. You can believe what you want. I dont care too much for your posts and Im sure you feel the same about me, so see ya!
Lewis turned down a guaranteed $10 million offer to face Bowe in 1995, a guaranteed offer of $13.5 million to face Tyson in 96, a guaranteed offer of $30 million to face Vitali Klitschko in 2003/4 all which was career highest paydays as was the $5 million he turned down in 93 to face undisputed champion Riddick Bowe yet like unforgiven say's the Lewis supporters claim every top fighter was afraid of Lewis.
Mind showing me some proof of this $30M offer to fight Vitali and the guaranteed $10M to fight Bowe cause this is the first I've heard of either. I've certainly heard a lot of speculation of what a Vitali-Lewis rematch would translate in terms of offers to Lewis, but I've never seen a firm offer of this magnitude actually presented to him. Looks like it's homework time.
It is a total excuse - A classic Tyson apologist remark - Ruddock did better in the second Tyson fight, if anything he was improving. Bruno aside, I think Lewis beat all his common opponents in a more convincing fashion than Tyson. Tyson knew this. Why do you think Tyson stroked Lewis's face in such a sniveling sycophantic way after Lennox had beat the crap out of him. 'I could never beat him. He's just too big' Mike Tyson [just after being pounded into Bolivia by Lennox Lewis
Well whether Ruddock was shot, one thing is for damn certain, that win by Lewis impressed the hell out of a lot of people including, I'm sure, Tyson himself.
