Whitaker/Basilio is a ****ing awesome match-up. Can't believe I've never seen that one before. That's worthy of its own thread.

 

But yeah, DLH over Napoles is embarassing. Not just a gulf in class there, but a stand-up text-book type like Oscar is exactly the kind of opponent you don't want to throw in there with Mantequilla.

 

Yeah, they're different levels of technician. The scenario they've used for Oscar winning is the most viable one though. Still, i take Napoles to school him.

 

Holyfield vs Tunney that's a bad matchup imo for Holyfield but I still think he would've won...

 

DeLa Hoya, Canzoneri and McGovern are a bit over the top for me ... interesting how over rated Oscar was ... I read a similar one where they picked him over Ray Leonard at 147.

 

Bull****..no ****in way Napoles loses to Oscar.

Oscar was a great fighter, but he gets schooled by Mantequilla. Different classes of fighter, wasn't Napoles only stopped on cuts once? Cuts were his weakness but you can't just assume that he would be cut up.

 

Tunney over Holy I feel because Tunneys a better technition and his toughness is underated.
Moore-Foster is too close for me to call.

Napoles clear UD over Oscar.
Arguello I believe takes Canz on points in a tough close fight.
