I've always been a DLH fan but KO gets too caught up in a fighter when things are going his way. They did the same thing with Curry back in the mid 80s. Ripping holes in JN's face was one of their favorite lines in these matchups. It's a wonder JN held onto his title for 6 years The writer is only trying to make their case stronger by writing such things as "It would take all of Tunneys speed and endurance to last the distance". It's just typical KO mag BS they specialized in The Moore over Foster prediction was BS also. Bob has all the physical advantages and would keep him at a distance and once the action starts to heat up, Foster will bring out his big guns to end the fight Cant say too much on the last two but if I had to put my money on someone it would be Basilio. I think he would be a little too awesome for Pernal
Napoles would bust up, cut and batter Oscar en route to a stoppage...as good as Oscar is, he would meet the same fate as Curtis Cokes...ODLH would be hideous after the fight. Give Mantequilla a damned break here!!! Cuts may have been his weakness, but everydamnedbody who faces him in these mythical matches you guys have him losing on a tko...bull****..Napoles would be the one cutting, chopping, battering and bruising..he wasn't a damned Henry Cooper after all!!
Nat sure was big on McGovern at his short timed best. You know he would come out roaring for the ko and Bobby had problems at times with powerful punchers who started fast. Wouldn't it have been fun to see Rockabye Ruben and Terry for a few rounds at their bests!
