Bellew beat one of the current cruiser champs in southpaw Makabu by 3rd round KO and he's a more technically sophisticated boxer than AJ, winning more rounds over 7 completed than AJ did over 12. You left out fellow slick southpaw contender Mchunu in America and cruiser (now HW) contender Hunter in America. Huck was faded at the time so I'd say he's the least good win but an incredible body of work, all the better now he's beaten Chisora and dominated AJ in Britain at HW. In terms of the number quality opponents at cruiser and heavy, Usyk probably has the most stacked resume of all time.

Exactly. Who was there that were legitimate contenders around when lewis was at the top? Moorer, and Byrd pretty much.

Considering Novicey Mavrovic gave him all he could handle I don't see why Usyk couldn't.. also slick southpaw Byrd was due his shot & Lewis didn't want to know..

Mavrovic won 2 rounds at best and his only notable rally was round 7 where he eventually got timed coming in with a counter uppercut followed by a 2 punch combination that had him in survival mode till the bell rang. I feel like you didn't watch the entire fight and only the highlights. Almost everyone had it wide for Lewis.

Lennox was an elite heavyweight, AJ isn't an elite heavyweight.

There are level to this sport and AJ just isn't elite but Usyk is.

I would personally pick Lennox, maybe I'm bias but I was a big fan of Lennox, extremely tough fight though, I wouldn't be overly confident or full of myself with the prediction.

True dat. Joshua's just shy of elite level compared to the ATGs. Wlad definitely reached it. Fury seems to be there. Usyk is there. Prime Holyfield was there. Mike Tyson was there. Holmes was there. Joshua just isn't

Usyk would easily be one of his hardest fights. Up there with Mercer, the Holyfield rematch and Vitali. I say Lewis decision or late stoppage. His jab to the body and his counter right is what will carve his path to victory

Yeah I agree, I'd probably go with a decision, Lewis just had better weapons than AJ has.

Most importantly Lewis' ring IQ was far superior to this current AJ and I think that would be a huge difference.

LL would stop Usyk, AJ, Fury and Wilder in the same night, possible at the same time.

Lemmux had a glass chin too. But at least he has the dog in him and would push for a KO.

Lemmux would probably end up getting KOd in the process tbf. Straight left by usyk down the pipe = Canadian glass everywhere.

You lack of boxing knowledge is laughable, LL only got KO’d 2x and that was against big guys with massive power, Usyk is neither so how is he supposed to KO LL?
