Attn: Promoters

Please note new rule change, effective April 17, 2016.

New League RULE:

If a boxer tests POSITIVE, post fight, for any banned substance, promoter will incur the following penalties:

a) Said boxer will forfeit ALL wins accrued since signing with promoter
a1)All wins will be changed to losses on Promoter records
b) Promoter will be fined by the league $20,000,000
c) Promoter will forfeit free agency availability for FOUR (4) Calendar months
d) Forfeiture of 3 Fighters on roster, plus wins become losses
d1) League will choose the 3 Fighters


If Said Promoter has another fighter test POSITIVE for banned substance; Promoter will accrue the following stipulations:

e) Additional $50,000,000 per boxer or:
e1) A fine of $1,000,000 per boxer on roster
e2) e + e1: Whichever is greater
f) Forfeiture of 5 Fighters on roster, plus wins become losses
f1) League will choose the 5 Fighters
g) Promoter will forfeit free agency availability for SIX (6) Calendar month, unless it occurs while promoter is already under suspension.
g1) Suspension will be added to existing penalty time.

Said Promoter will have all transaction privileges suspended til free agency suspension is removed.

Any promoter trying to trade, release, waive or sign boxer will result in:
h) $50,000,000 Fine
h1) Forfeiture of 10 Boxers on roster, wins will become losses
h2) League will choose boxers


Forfeited boxers will be available one at a time to other promoters, starting with lowest WIN PERCENTAGE:

League will mandate when said boxers can be signed, for a one-time fee of $2,000,000 per boxer, regardless of rank.
