    Why doesn't he just take over from ohwat. Dude hasn't been back in a long time. He can take over his roster.

    I'm down. Maybe there should be a rule for inactivity or something? I'll leave the rules to mopie, but let's say someone is inactive for over 2 months or so, there roster becomes available for a new player to acquire.

    Only problem with that would be some guys on here take vacations, don't always come on here, hell i only do the updates and check to see who has been purchased, make trades, etc.

    Also, no offense, but your last post before the posts yesterday and today were over 2 months ago, so technically your roster would have been abandoned.

    As of now, Ohwat049's roster will be operated by the league, excluding trades, without unanimous consent of the other seven (7) promoters...!!!

    Trades involving Ohwat049's roster will be voted on by a minimum of five (5) other promoters other than the trade recipient...!!!

    He was on here 2 weeks ago, not two months ago, and in his defense I think he was banned for awhile.:lol:

    Ohwat has abandoned us, I scared him off, I'm sure of it.:lol: Let him have ohwat's roster and if ohwat has a problem with it, when and if he comes back tough s***.

    League Mandated Rule:

    If new promoter Ellerbe joins within a one-week time frame, then the following promoters will have to expose a minimum of 5 boxers, plus the league required three boxers; 8 total from /for:

    Moparfan, for Sturm infraction
    Ohwat049, for Roster Abandonment

    New promoter, Ellerbe, will be exempt from the one pick per roster regulations for aforementioned promoters.

    All remaining promoters will expose 3 fighters, including a Top 10 ranked, per rules: Remember if Top 10 is signed, promoter receives 150% compensation:

    RULES:

    NEW PROMOTERS:
    a) Promoters joining after the inception of the league will be allowed to start on the 1st day of the next month
    b) Established Promoters will enter 3 of their fighters into a Waiver Draft
    b1) Only ONE fighter per promoter may be drafted by new promoter, per Waiver Draft
    b2) The TWO remaining fighters will remain property of original promoter
    b3) Promoter that instills a TOP 10 boxer that gets picked, will receive 150% fee from league
    c) All other boxers signed by new promoter will come from free agency, undrafted fighters at full price.
    d) All transactions by established promoters are ceased til new promoter roster is set

    To make it easier to understand:

    Moparfan and Ohwat049 HAVE to expose 8 boxers for Ellerbe. Neither Moparfan or Ohwat049 receive compensation for boxers selected by Ellerbe.

    Remaining promoters will only have ONE of 3 boxers selected;
    if boxer is ranked Top 10, original promoter gets 150% or ($15,000,000 compensation).

    Prices for Ellerbe are same for all promoters and can be found on first page:

    That actually sounds fair. Easy for Ellerbe too. Ohwat actually has a good roster.

    So when is this going to happen? Ellerbe joining this time for real or not? He hasn't posted since moparfan talked about how this will go down.

    I'm never inactive for 2 months, 2-3 weeks at most when nothing is going on with boxing. And I'd be more active if there was an actual reason to coming on the forum if you know what I'm saying.

    Let me know how I can join mopie.
