Rummy I'll give you some free advice when getting rid of fighters on your roster to free up some money, get rid of Amnat Ruenroeng, in all likelihood he'll end up facing Estrada, Cuadras, Gonzalez or Inoue this year and he will lose to all of them, possible even by KO. He is not remotely close to worth 10 Million especially considering the losses you may take.

I'm not trying to step on any toes or anything, and I hope not to have come across that way. :good

I also admit I didn't fully read everything before hand, nor did I research anything in the 1 round I was around for. This just seems like it's going to potentially be a lot of hard work for you. Just thinking back on the prediction league I ran for a few years, that regularly took 2 or more hours to update each week. I didn't mind when I had the free time, and it was mostly fun, but when life got busier, it started becoming more of an obligation and I just couldn't keep up with everything.

As difficult as mine was to maintain, this one seems significantly more complicated. I mean you might theoretically need to track hundreds of fighters, not to mention the finances.

My only suggestion would be simplifying things. A maximum roster size might be a good starting point? I'll give it some thought.

Incidentally, I had originally misread and thought we were drafting 1 fighter per weight class - and I had incorrectly assumed that we would have that roster for the year, and that things would be tabulated from there.

On that point, my suggestion beyond the max roster size (or smaller roster size) would be to eliminate the free agent pool after the initial draft is done. Or maybe only make exceptions for rare circumstances.

But feel free to dismiss any or all of these suggestions. It's you're league, and I'm just happy to be a part.

    :cheers

I saw your post when you wrote it earlier (though I may not have replied). I did drop the ball on missing round 1, and not understanding (through my own fault) the finances when round 2 began.

Don't feel bad, evidently almost everybody else did too. You ought to dump your whole roster except for Ward (and if he faces my guy you might take a loss there too) and start anew.

Actually, if I was going to drop everybody bar one, I'd stick with Andy.

Some advice to the Professor, Ruslan and Matthysse may eventually have a rematch this year, there's been talks, so you might end up having one of your picks wins be cancelled out by the losses you'll take on the loser.

That's a good choice, he'll most likely have a few rebuilding match matches this year, that he should win easily and that should make you some decent cash along the way. Depending on how active he ends up being.

You can start February 1, 2016 here. You will be alloted the chance to select one person per opponent's rosters (Opponent will provide the list)

Then you can select free agent boxers, make trades, etc.

    @rummy,

Good points, maybe we can incorporate them, somehow.

I wanted the free agent market available so people can pick up fighters if the ones in their roster are not fighting, or have taken a loss or two.

Also will help with the new players coming aboard, being able to have the same free agents the established participants have.

As for free time, I have all the time in the world, my job allows me the freedom to work when I want. So being here, doing updates, is not a problem....I also have CST to help, so that really lifts a burden off my shoulders.

How much would it cost to get my draft picks from round 3 back?
