    15 rounds. Who takes it?

If you don't give a reason for your opinion, your opinion will only carry half a vote :good

I'll take Napoles, he will jab his way inside, slipping oncoming offense wont be of the greatest difficulty here for Jose, and his guns will take their toll. He'll stop the bigger man with a hook like that one where he cold-cocked the guy from round the back but still found the point of the chin. Phillips will have some success with the offensive swings but is countered for the best part, when Napoles comes forward will be befuddled.

    Napoles.

I think this one's fairly obvious unless you believe Vince would be capable of cutting Napoles with his return fire. I personally see Napoles as the far more skilled fighter however, and one that would land frequently and effectively on Phillips, stopping him in a fairly one-sided bout around the mid rounds, similar to how Quartey did, though in a different manner.

Napoles just completely schools Phillips, different class of fighter, and Napoles isn't going to start slugging it out letting Phillips hit him like Tyszu did

I think Phillips is a little underrated, but not THAT underrated. I don't think Napoles would have much difficulty working inside on Phillips and then it would just be a matter of time.

    Winner: Napoles TKO 11

Napoles. Too smooth for Phillips. Both the same size, both hit pretty hard, but Napoles is the much better boxer, smoother, more elusive and Phillips only real chance is to hope that his power opens up some cuts.

I take Napoles via TKO. Probably inside 8.

Napoles slips and counters Phillips' money punch the straight right. Nothing works for Phillips in this fight...I believe Napoles would have brutal power at this weight. (need to look up his KO ratio)

I think Philips gets off to a great start, as Napoles would only work as hard as he had to. Phillips has a terrific workrate but slowly begins to crumble as Napoles works the body and slides in those counters. The ref rescues a badly busted up Philips in the 12th round. Napoles

Napoles by KO, too much power for Phillips and just a class above imo.

Phillips will press the fight and will land some hard shots, but Napoles will eat them up and this one will end early. Napoles will bludgeon him with right hands and left hooks and pour it on for a 4th round stoppage.

Napoles is just too skilled and slikc for Philips. But Philips makes it to the finish in a onesided schooling.

Napoles a whole different level of fighter. he can box him or slug him or do it however he wants. Hard luck for Phillips. Naples may be the best fighter at this weight. Napoles wins around 10 unless he puts his foot on the gas earlier.

I don't see how Vince can keep it up against the much better Napoles.
He would have his moments here and there but I can imagine the fight being stopped due to an accumulation of punches in the mid fight.
    Napoles TKO6.

    Napoles by KO.
No real need to elaborate on this one, but for the sake of it:
Napoles can pretty much do anything Phillips can, only way better. I can see Phillips missing Napoles for most of the fight, and Napoles landing big, clean shots ending in a stoppage in the middle to late rounds.
