I don't think he was saying that the tests hurt his power. Probably more along the lines of "I still have the power though, right?" or something like that.

I think he was responding to someone in regards to Mayweather mentioning that Mosley had problems with PEDs in the past. He was trying to convey that even without enhancers, he has the same exact power. I think.

I was just asking a question, Im hoping he's not saying it because it's been proven a few times that blood drawn for these types of test do not "drain" you.
