We now have Derek Chissora who got another tko gift where the fight should have been continued (Although I think he would have won, unlike the Malik Scott fight), and of course the Froch fight where the ref had a premature stoppage to save the local fighter. Cleverly carried to his corner by his ref...lovely, just lovely. Are british the most corrupt in the sport? I was thinking germany up until that point, at least with the judges, but it looks like UK is taking the cake.
How can a seppy accuse the british of being corrupt after the fiasco involving Peterson/Khan and that stupid judge CJ Ross? nevermnd the longhostory of fixed fights and mafia involvement
It gives a little more credibility to Malik Scott's complaint about the early count. He was up at 9. He should have been allowed to continue. I didn't see this last Chisora fight though.
Everybody knows the Brits are the most corrupt nation in the world.no surprises here.even in world affairs they hang on to Americas coat tails sucking their **** every now and again to keep them sweet. But hey that's how they keep their power(sucking ****)so bad luck to them!
When Kovalev beat the crap out of Cleverly, the referee carried Cleverly to his corner! That fight should have been stopped in the 3rd round, not in the 4th! Boxing is crooked and the fans are getting cheated!
Your ****ing laughable. You know sweet **** all about world affairs judging by your comments. Stereotypical American. There has been numerous dodgy ref decisions especially if your infact from Vegas Jim, in boxing and lately UFC, just ask Jim Hendricks. Nevada state commission is notorious for it. I do agree on the Groves fight being stopped prematurely but last night Pala was hung over the corner and not moving.
How should the Chisora fight have continued? Pala put himself in a really awkward position. The ref had absolutely no choice but to stop it. Furthermore Pala just stayed with his back to Chisora it seemed like he was out.
I would never fight in the UK.........................Vitali Klitschko went to London and fought Herbie Hide for the WBO title. Vitali was a 5 to 1 underdog, but Vitali put Hide out in the 2nd round, I thought Hide was dead! Nothing the crooked ref could do to help Hide.........I guess that's the only was you can win there. Kovalev destroyed Cleverly, you have to get a quick knockout before you get disq. or something else the ref can make up...........
I'm from England and I agree. I'm sick of the dodgy decisions and corrupt refs that do everything in their power to help out the home fighter but jump in the very moment the home fighter lands more than one punch in a row to award a tko victory. The officials need a shake up and new blood brought in, and some form of disiplinarary system to punish dodgy decisions because it is becoming beyond a joke. I'm embarrased for my country because of these incompetent officials. Every time I watch an international fight with an English ref I cringe because I know he will f uk it up somehow.
Pala / Chisora is a non-issue - Pala turned his back to Chisora in the corner and remained inert - what was the referee supposed to do? I suppose he could have given him a warning but Pala really didn't help himself.
Mayweather would love to fight in england. But unfortunately, it wouldn't be a fair fight. Mayweather would of lost to n'dou in the uk, ref would of jumped in to save him
