Hatton proved he is a top tier fighter and Floyd proved he is not only a great great fighter but surprised me in the after fight interview that he is a decent and nice guy.I am sorry for the lack of an insightful view of the fight but imo both guys proved themselves tonight. ps I had my doubts but PBF is without argument an ATG
How did Hatton prove he was a top tier fighter in this fight? He was schooled and then destroyed, it just shows he doesnt belong in this division.
you ****ing moron, if you cant see that ricky was troubling mayweather like crazy then your a blind dumb****!
I think you're suffering from post fight trauma. It'll sink in after a nights kip. For all of Ricky's aggression, he failed to trouble Floyd with any decent punches apart from a couple very early on.
again floyd did the same thing after the annihilation of gatti he showed he was "decent guy" then! he said he talks **** just for pre fight bull****. enjoy what's going on in the ring fellas..stop worrying about peoples personality unless you want to marry them. you sound like women. i do not like him because of his personality= gay
**** you Fatass if you didnt see that Ricky was dominated and destroyed than you are one delusional dumb****
Hatton has nothing to hang his head about, he gave Floyd more trouble than anybody in a while (minus Zab's nutshots). Floyd took a step towards changing his image as a coward, he can straight up fight, which makes the other fights that much more frustrating, he could have fought aggresively and looked even better.
In the first rounds, Ricky was troubling Mayweather. He hurt Floyd. He proved he's an excellent fighter, but not in the same level as Floyd. Floyd proved what I knew a long time ago. His attitude is just an act to sell fights. His real personality is what you saw in the interview.
Nah i have to disagree with Hatton being a top tier fighter, he just demonstrated his one dimensional fight ethos and was horribly exposed. Did you see how Floyd nullified his ability to land that left hook to the liver, its all hatton banks on and without that punch he is rendered useless. I once read someone comparing him to the great Roberto Duran,at which I nearly spilt my tea on the keyboard. Duran had way too much skills.
Yeah he was troubling Floyd so much that he landed a total of 63 punches as per compubox output numbers. Look honestly I hate what Mayweather has become and just cause he looked alot more humble after the fight doesn't make up for all the dumb **** he does before the fight. Regardless he put it on Hatton, truth be told wasn't he supposed to do this. I mean he is the best pound for pound fighter in boxing fighting a guy that is alot smaller then he is. I am not one to say he should fight Cotto but I would love to see him show his heart and take on the young lion.
