    I think it's great for Froch. He is all over Sky now, and this will get him recgonised by the ordinary punters. If he can somehow pull of a win aganst Ward in the super six final he will get his just rewards and be mega in the UK.

    haye's always been real

    people have this idea about haye being a playboy but what they dont know is that he worked his way up the hard way.

    when he turned pro he traveled from gym to gym from new york to florida to LA going around training with different trainers and sparring different fighters and learning his craft.

    Former amateur room-mates, not just team-mates. They used to record each others amateur fights for the other, and spar each other a lot.
