I actually had it 115-111. I had it 106-101 going into the 12th, which Foster won 10-9. Still what should have been an easy fight, was life and death expecially in the 11th.
Good scrap but i can't see Arthur troubling the big gund in this division. Fair play for hanging in there aafter the knock down though!
Sorry, AAA wouldnt beat Guzman, iv watched both fighters lately, i dont know much about either in the past bar Gomez ko'd Arthur but Guzman looks a class above Alex.
aah, the doom mongers are out in force AS USUAL when a scottish guy has a tough fight! However, I told you all here Foster jnr would be a tough fight for Arthur the day the fight was made. Foster Jnr has found his perfect weight, & is a different beast from the featherweight version. Bigger, filled out, muscled & hitting hard. A tough fight for Arthur. I said it all before. However, Arthur shocked me how weight drained he was. He wasnt his usual self. Hes dead at the weight, & if he doesnt move up to lightweight for his next fight hes in serious trouble. Arthur will be a great lightweight. However, I just hope he takes everyones advice, cos hes nothing left to offer at super-feather. However, even dead at the weight he still got the all important W:smoke Foster jnr did well, although he was a dirty ******* with the head throughout the fight, & it took its toll on Arthur. A man can only handle so many headbutts to the face. Luckily for Foster jnr though the english ref was very lenient(suprise suprise) Arthur wins, & maybe because of that below par performance the "superfight" he craves may just come easier than first expected! Its got to be at lightweight though. Arthurs finished if he keeps kidding himself he can drag his body down to the superfeather limit anymore. Hes too big, & too old.
Thats what I mean, this fight could have been a blessing in disguise. Arthur found out the hard way hes dead at the weight, & if he moves up to lightweight(please Alex) then the top guys there will hear he had a tough night against Foster jnr & could give Alex a shot. To me it was a legit KD, but Alex was never seriously hurt. He was just fatigued as he had nothing left in the tank. Hes got to take that knockdown as a warning though that his body cant take the strain of making super-feather anymore. PS, it was good to see Scotty boy in the crowd, how I miss that crazy mutha!
Dunky i never got to see the fight or any of the fights for that matter. how did the rest of the boys look? Johns win didnt look very convincing going by the dcorecards how did he look?
Rawling was out of control all night long. We know hes english, but **** does he not half go crazy every time a scotsman takes a punch! He was even losing his voice with excitement in the first round of the Arthur-Foster fight, & was throwing rounds at Fosterjnr for fun. At least Richie Woodhall kept it somewhat real.
As for you Stuey, what a ***** statement to come out with, two rounds into a fight. You just sound to me like you are looking to jock bash. & to think I gave Hatton credit in defeat, more the fool me. but unlike yours truly, you hatton huggers have no class. Did you have a proud tear in your eye when Ricky appeared to cheer on Fosterjnr btw?
Dunky, what can you say? These Englanders were gagging for a slight AAA slip up, after their posterboy got owned last week! Must say, I love it that those cahhhnts are hurting! AAA was clearly drained at the weight. However, we aint blaming his height/ref/temp/time/sexuality! Round ye Englanders......once again sent homewards
