    I won a world title before I turned 20 - and the champ I dethroned, had himself once been a teenage world champion.

    Pedlar Palmer won the as a teenager and he lost it to Terry McGovern, who at the time was also a teenager.

    Lionel Rose was 19 when he won the bantam title from Harada. Harada had been Flyweight Champ at 19.
