    Bey is a well-known cheat and people look the other way. Plus he's gets a title shot. Povetkin has 0.000007 of a chemical that was banned as recent as Jan/2016 and people are acting like he's Ivan Drago and just Killed Apollo Creed...Rocky 4 really mess with people's mind about Russian boxers.
