dont be so silly....povetkin moves twice as fast.hits 3 times as hard and is more ring intelligent compared to chagaev....he will send wlad down hard..and he wont want to fight in a ring again... the end is nigh
wlad is to slow for povetkin...his chin and body wont be able to handle povetkins pressure and power...he wont land on the warrior from russia his lateral and foot movement is to good for wlad....he is done...deal with it
Even if Povetkin somehow wins (by the biggest stretch of imagination) then he is facing Pulev and I don't think he can win against him. I don't think Povetkin stands a chance against Wlad too. It is the HW era of the giants. No place for 6"2 guys...
Lots of people are going to feel really goofy after the fight. 6'2, orthodox fighter with little head movement? This is going to get ugly. Wlad does not get enough credit for some of the awkwardness he has had to fight.
Wlad hasn't been knocked down in 18 fights/9 years. However, I do think Povetkin is easily one of his tougher challengers, but I think they should have fought 3 years ago before Teddy Atlas ruined him. Povetkin was building a pretty good resume under his old trainer (name has left me, fill me in here) and then Atlas comes along and has him take 7 steps backwards (give or take), and ruined a lot of his confidence in the long run. I mean, put me in the camp that I think this fight will be more competitive than most of Wlad's, but that's not saying much.
