It is totally fine. It could be the fault of me poorly explaining things.

I believe you are referring to this. The point of this post was to explain that I would not combine title reigns for the question of "Did your boxer defend their title more than 3 times?"

In the first example the boxer counts as a no because 3 is not more than 3. In the second example even though the boxer has a combined 5 title defenses it counts as a no because neither 3 or 2 is greater than 3.

Here are some examples that would count as yes.

A single time champion defending their title 8 times. 8 is more than three.

A multiple time champion defending one of their titles 5 times and the other title 0 times. 5 is more than three. I do not combine title reigns and as long as one title reign is above 3 defenses (or whatever number asked) I will count it as a yes.

I hope I did a better job explaining it this time.
