    Ha!
That "White" thing threw me off - probably others too ). Also - despite watching quite a few fights of Peden - I had no idea He was half aboriginal.

    Good fighter, tough competitor.

I was about to guess Peden, but I will file a small objection — one question worded as ‘did your fighter win in this or that division’ should be two questions.

There’s ways to cover that with this division or above/that division or below … but how many can I specifically ask about in one question? Did you fighter win at lightweight, featherweight, super bantam or bantam is one question?

EDIT: Not questioning the win here by @Mastrangelo, he’d have gotten it even if he asked each separately, but I’ve been going about this all wrong if I can do multiple-choice questions that save questions for later. Like ‘Is your boxer white, did he win at bantamweight or below and was he an Olympian’ — can that be one question?

I hear You - although in that instance it was just a case of wording. "Did Your fighter win a world title in a weight class below Super Featherweight" would've achieved the same goal and crossed out the same two divisions at that point.

Also, I'm not sure how much advantage it gives. The more weight-classes or countries You'd ask for with a single question - the less revealing the answer will be for You. You'll just learn that it's A, or B, or C, or D, or E... and then You have to norrow it down further.
I'm happy to not do it though, I was actually thinking about the same thing earlier in the thread.

I think it depends somewhat on what the answer is — in this case it used one question instead of two (with less than a handful of questions remaining) to narrow it down to a single division (and in that single division, there’s only one fighter who qualified). While you killed two birds with one stone, I was literally looking through who won championships in all possible remaining divisions … if I had just hit refresh here (or thought to ask multiple choice questions) I’d have answered probably simultaneous to two as Peden was the only possible answer after that.

I just want to understand what the rules are.

Can I, in one question, get more bang for my buck, so to speak? When we get down to a handful of questions, I find myself being careful about ’wasting bullets.’ I was thinking about asking whether the boxer was European, but saw a question about whether he was African unanswered — so I waited for that answer rather than waste a question (if the answer was yes, that would be wasted).

So can I ask: Did your fighter win his championship at heavyweight, middleweight, junior middleweight, lightweight, super featherweight, featherweight or bantamweight? Because I could find a way to answer that that effectively cuts the search in half no matter what the answer is. Above/below might accomplish something similar, but at least they have to be grouped. Could do the same with time periods (did your boxer win his title in the1920s, 1940s, 1960s, 1980s, 2000s, 2020s) or location (was your boxer from North America, Europe or Africa) … and whether the answer is yes or no I’ve done a lot more narrowing with one question.

EDIT: If we can go with multiple-choice questions, it will definitely affect my strategy. To me, if you can ask about two or more weight divisions (or continents or year periods) in one question as a scattershot, that’s basically getting two no answers (or more) for the price of one if the answer is no.
