My boxer is not David Lemieux. Although I'm pretty sure Lemieux does match the description so far. That's a good guess

 

I won't count this as a question but I will clarify

I took this question to mean an in ring attribute. It does not necessarily have to be one from the list given but I personally feel that this is boxer is known for a specific in ring trait.

I'll give a tip although you can choose to ignore it if you don't find it helpful. It might be more benefiational to focus on finding the weight class(es) or time period my boxer fought in instead of his location of birth. So far you've got a single division champion at welterweight or above who has at least one fight post 1990. That gives you a pretty wide range which you should probably figure out how to narrow down.
