I was wondering if it was possible to start boxing at 20 and actually have a shot to go pro. The reason i am asking is because i was at a gym while visiting a cousin and they talked me into sparring with 1 of their guys expecting him to get his confidence up by beating the crap out of me, but i actually knew how to jab alittle bit so i kept puttin them in his face then rushed in and laid him down. now my cousin is telling me that i should really think about boxing. i just want to know because i really enjoyed myself while in the ring and i eventually want to make a career out of it.

Just join a gym and learn how to box. Get some amateur fights and see how you do. 20 is not too late at all, but it's better to start out slow, learn the basics, get some experience and see how you are against someone with skills in a competitive environment, then just take it from there.
