2001 Olympics Solis stops Haye (vid inside)

That was the world championships not the olympics but nice video all the same.It was a very good amateur fight

 

if Solis would get into the shape he was in back then it might.

 

Currently, Solis may not win on points but even in his current physical condition he can still spark Haye out.

I dont think so. As fat as solis is, solis has good natural boxing ability and descent pop in his punches. I see this fight going either way tbh.

 

Possably, if the fat ******* got in shape.

 

How did Haye lose that fight, he seemed in complete control.

I dont. I see it as a one sided beatdown like in the first couple of rounds but this time Solis wont be able to come back because Haye has more pop in his punches as a pro, and because Solis is as fat as he is.

 

Haye's chin has always been questionable.

 

He just looked tired if you ask me. Gassed out from going crazy early, while Solis fought a more steady fight and stepped it up towards the end.

Solis has grown naturally and un-naturally since that day!

Great amatuer fight but I think the stoppage was flat out horrible.
