Matching up the best fighters in each division (according to the Ring). How do these fights go down? Lennox Lewis vs Wladimir Klitschko Juan Carlos Gomez vs Steve Cunningham Roy Jones Jr. vs Jean Pascal Sven Ottke vs Andre Ward Bernard Hopkins vs Sergio Martinez Felix Trinidad vs Kermit Cintron Shane Mosley vs Manny Pacquiao Kostya Tszyu vs Tim Bradley Jose Luis Castillo vs Juan Manuel Marquez Diego Corrales vs Mzonke Fana Naseem Hamed vs Juan Manuel Lopez Marco Antonio Barrera vs Toshiaki Nishioka Paulie Ayala vs Fernando Montiel Masamori Tokuyama vs Hugo Cazares Eric Morel vs Pongsaklek Wonjongkam Ricardo Lopez vs Giovani Segura Jose Antonio Aguirre vs Nkosinathi Joyi Some great matchups as well as some mismatches. Don't know a lot about the lower weight guys but I'm sure some will. We're actually getting Mosley vs Pac this year but remember this is a prime Mosley. Just goes to show how Shane has kept himself relevant after all these years. If Hopkins had got the decision over Pascal he'd have appeared for both years which just shows how great he is. I'm not expecting everyone to know enough about each and every fighter (I certainly don't) but hopefully there's some healthy discussion and debate.
Lennox Lewis vs Wladimir Klitschko Lewis by brutal KO. Juan Carlos Gomez vs Steve Cunningham Roy Jones Jr. vs Jean Pascal RJJ by 12 round beat down. Sven Ottke vs Andre Ward In USA Ward UD in Germany Ottke UD either way highly controversial. Bernard Hopkins vs Sergio Martinez Martinez by DQ Felix Trinidad vs Kermit Cintron Trinidad by TKO Shane Mosley vs Manny Pacquiao Mosley TKO too big, too strong, too loaded. Kostya Tszyu vs Tim Bradley Tszyu by KO I'm yet to become a believer of Bradley. Jose Luis Castillo vs Juan Manuel Marquez Tough one, I think I'll go for a UD for Castillo Diego Corrales vs Mzonke Fana Fairly comfortable UD for Corrales I think. Naseem Hamed vs Juan Manuel Lopez Hamed by TKO Marco Antonio Barrera vs Toshiaki Nishioka MAB by UD I'll leave the rest as my knowledge on the weights is not what it could be. Paulie Ayala vs Fernando Montiel Masamori Tokuyama vs Hugo Cazares Eric Morel vs Pongsaklek Wonjongkam Ricardo Lopez vs Giovani Segura Jose Antonio Aguirre vs Nkosinathi Joyi
Great idea for a thread ishy, I've been wondering about something like this for a while At first glance, it seems like 2001 has much more solid fighters most of the way down. Maybe its just 2010 has guys that having been able to prove themselves yet, to fully establish their legacy. But some divisions have guys who have already been beaten in their prime, or could barely be considered #1.

Cintron-Trinidad made me laugh when I was typing it out. JMM-Corrales would have being awesome! Mosley-Pac would have being something special as well.
Bradley has the style to beat tyszu, tyszu would not dominate him as many people think, tyszu had issues with guys who could pressure him on the inside. And if bradley could rest his head on tyszu chest and pressure him, kostay would be ****ed but in contrast if it was fought on the outside bradley would get KTFO by 1 of tyszus streight right hands.
Who has Cintron ever ducked? Margarito x2 (even after getting knocked out by him once), Martinez, and Williams. He's a puto for sure, but he'll fight anyone.
None of whom are anywhere near as destructive as Tito was! I'll go through this properly tomorrow (good thread) but a few decimations in there (Lewis KO1 Wlad, Lopez destroys Segura inside 3 rounds, Corrales brutalises Fana, Roy toys with Pascal and takes him out in five rounds or so) as well as easy UD for Hopkins against Sergio. Again, good thread :good
hamed would absolutely brutalize lopez, lopez gets caught and hurt by guys who have lesser power in comparison to hamed, he'll be out for the count for sure.
