2002 Tyson [Lennox Lewis fight] VS 2009 Chris Arreola [Vitali Klit fight]

Why would you want to compare Arreola to Tyson, Arreola is a bum.

Tyson of '02 was a shot-to-**** overweight zombie with disgustingly low stamina, however a tier 3 morbidly obese fighter is not enough to beat him at his point, see his fight with "Super Brian" in '01 to observe what i mean. Arreola would be there to be hit, directly in front of Mike & would pay the price.

 

Tyson was shot to hell but still had too much power and ability to lose to a C class fighter like Arreola.

 

Tyson was terrible in 02 BUT Arreola is trash, he is about as unprofessional a fighter as there is, from the preparation in the gym to the post fight interview.

I think Mike was just too far gone by that point. Arreola TKO 8 in a brawl.

 

Tyson would KO Arreolla in early rounds

 

The only thing that kept Lennox from annihilating Tyson much earlier in the fight was the aura of Mike's glorious past. He was completely finished as a top pro boxer at that stage. Arreola mauls him to a UD win.

 

Arreola pretty easily

Mike would try to scare him early and try to get him outta there but he was too slow and far gone to do that

Arreola would get to the 5th Tyson would be gassed and disinterested and just unwilling to get hit like vs Lewis and McBride

Tyson showed next to nothing vs Lewis and he trained for that fight

Arreola is no great but he can take and has fast hands and great combos and counters for a a fat man

Arreola may be fat but he KO'd McCline, gave Vitali his hardest fight post Sanders, KO'd Minto, gave Adamek all kinds of trouble, and fought with 2 broken hands vs Quezada

 

I think its more of he carried him and wanted to kick the **** out of him and punish him over a few rounds then end it

he had no intention of giving Tyson the easy way out after those comments

Arreola takes way too many clean shots. Tyson in the early rounds was still dangerous, which is when I think Arreola would get stopped.
