Hmmm I would still go for Wilder, who with his aggressive nature being too much for Tyson who was a diminished fighter the 2000s. In his prime though he would dispose of Wilder most likely in the first round.

 

2002 Tyson could still fight and still absorb massive punches.
He wouldn't fall down on the very first punch like Scotty or Audley and definitely wouldn't soil his pants in fear.

Taking Windmiller's defense and punch resistance in mind it would probably end in the first two rounds.
