Floyd gets knocked out just like if the fight had taken place from 2010-2012.

How about Mayweather from the Mosley fight vs Pacquaio from the Cotto fight?

No version of Pac can defeat Floyd. Pretty Boy Floyd will counter effectively against Pac's attacks.

This has always been an interesting one to me, as on paper i'd probably go with Floyd on a decision.

However, and for me this is a big factor, Floyd was a savvy cat, and he obviously played the averages many times in his career and i'd argue whilst not inherently 'risk-averse' in the general sense, he managed to get as many advantages as he could to protect his 0.

So the question for me is whether or not Floyd had any doubts about whether or not he would beat Pac back then (or more properly just after Pac brutally KO'd Hatton) and I think it was pretty clear that he/his team had a more than a few doubts, because that fight was a slam dunker and for it to take place when it did so many years later and be such a damp squib was seriously disappointing to many boxing fans regardless of whether neutral or a fanboy of either fighter.
IMO the fight should have taken place around 2010, when Pac was chewing through Cotto>Clottey>Margarito like a force of nature. At that time we could have got something to rival Hearns v Hagler or Leonard v Duran instead of what we actually got. And I think this would have worked wonders for much of the questions/asterisks around who Mayweather avoided/aged/out of prime etc - I don't think any of those questions would have held up if he had took on Pac around that time!

Personally, I think it was the Marquez KTFO6 that paved the way for the actual fight we got to happen.

So it's a bit of a tautology this one - if the fight was to have taken place, it would only have done so because Floyd was confident of the win - therefore would have won.

I actually voted for Pac, because obviously back then Floyd and his team had doubts, and if they had been forced into the fight by our magical hypothetical matchup time-machine then IMO those doubts would have materialised in the fight and Pac would have sparked him.

My 2c - and i'm a big fan of both as boxers

Yeah there is mass amounts of evidence & commonsense regarding if Floyd had "Any Doubts" but that's for another day,

Pacquiao after Margarito was done, the fact that he then went onto defeating Marquez, Mosley, Bradley, etc after the hurt Margarito put on him surprised me as after that fight he was no longer the same,

In fact had Pacquiao not turned to any full time political work it may have served him better into the long run & he easily could have avoided more risky type of fights/fighters & play the Calculated Cherry Picking Game himself but as expected he choose not to ever endure that path as he could have then preserved his body somewhat more going into the Floyd fight in 2015,

In their 2015 Mega fight for all the CompuBox lover's out there it was shown that after reinjuring his shoulder in the 4th round against Floyd, it saw Manny's attempted & thrown number of punches dwindle very low most likely due to his Shoulder,

You would have thought if Golovkin is disgusted with the Boxing Industry after his two fights with Canelo then just imagine a fighter like Pacquiao who has continually been robbed & been handed Draws in Fights he had clearly won & instead of being Upset just brushed it off & continued fighting on to the end.

The Pacquiao that fought De La Hoya? De La Hoya was a dead man walking, completely drained

There are plenty of videos of Floyd flying off the deep end when discussing Pacquiao. And when they finally fought, after Pac had been iced, Floyd used PEDs.

Floyd knew what time it was in 2010-2012. If Pac never got iced, the fight would have never happened.

Floyd feared and ducked Pac as he feared and ducked Margarito, Sergio, and Winky.

Unfortunately true. In a different timeline, Floyd loses vs Castillo 1 and fights for legacy without the need to protect his zero.
He may lose a few fights but we would have had these big fights at the right time.

This is quite the excited fanboy statement given past it Pac (yes Mayweather was older too, obviously) ran the fight close against Mayweather. Prime for prime Mayweather would have seriously struggled. I could see him getting dropped or TKOd
