It's disgusting how underrated Hatton has become for losing to two P4P#1 fighters. This fight would be a 50/50 fight in my opinion, both will be there exchanging like hell in a very brutal fight. Not really sure who to go with here as I'm a fan of both(bigger fan of Garcia to be honest), but this fight won't be easy for both. For those that forget, Hatton actually gave Mayweather a tough fight and it was at 147, it was hardly a cake walk in the park for Mayweather, Hatton forced him to work.

 

if danny was such a beast, zab judah would not have made the final bell. danny can't fight inside with hatton, ricky would smother him and slowly break him down with the body attack. prime hatton walks through anything garcia has to offer.

 

This one depends on the referee. If it's permitted to be a Ricky-style wrestling match, Ricky might be able to smother and mug Danny consistently enough to prevent Danny from getting his punches off for 12 rounds. But if Danny has any opportunity to trade with Ricky, it's lights out for Ricky and quickly.

 

I think both guys have some success but ultimately Hatton walks onto one big shot too many. Garcia by KO/TKO in the mid to late rounds.

Gents I am not a Hatton fan but its not close , speed and southpaws beat Hatton, not very good but pretty average in speed box punchers.

Never was a fan of Hatton and have become a fan of Garcia but this looks tough to call.

I think I underated Hatton and now looking back think he had a very good career with wins over LWW champ Tsyzu, LWW champ Malignaggi, LWW champ Maussa, LWW champ Urango, Castillo.

Garcia is coming along well with wins over LWW champ Khan and the wins over Matthysse, Morales etc.


Its a fight that could go either way. If Hatton holds and mauls I think his strength would win him the fight, but if Danny lands that hook it could spell the end.

very tough fight, I would give the edge to hatton, he wouldnt get stopped by garcia and I just think he would bully him a little, to get a late stoppage or narrow points win.

 

I was a big hatton fan, i still remember how vicious he was. I like garcia too but as of now, has to be 60/40 for hatton. These 2 can easily make it to the final bell. A tko is posible but i see it going the distance in a war
