2008-2012 Pacquiao Woulda KO'd Canelo (Mayweather Version)

I wouldn't bet on it, wouldn't GGG also be 152 in that scenario. Both these guys chins are top class, they got that Hagler chin. Chins don't get much better than GGG, Canelo or Hagler. You could throw Aaron Pryor in there too before he ruined his career with drug abuse.

No version of pac beats canelo

 

I'm a pretty massive Pac fan, but at some point hes just got to be too small. The biggest guy he ever fought was Margarito. And Margarito barely touched him. Yet despite barely even hitting Pacquiao, Margarito ruined Pac.

Canelo is even bigger than Margarito is.

Maybe, just maybe Pac could decision Canelo. But he would not be favored. And Canelo would ruin Pac in the process.

 

I would say Haglers chin is a notch or two above GGG and Canelo. Because Hagler had more belief and faith in his chin. The way he walked through Hearns and Mugabi took a tremendous amount of belief in his own chin.

 

I don't believe Pacquiao would go 12 rounds without eating some huge counters. Pac would win on points if he didn't literally jump or hop into a counter.

 

The 147 version of Canelo would have been eaten alive.
