hi im a amatuer out've marciano's and hagler's city. i train at haglers gym and we hav the same trainer, Goody. im undefeated. my last fite was in july and i beat a 6'4 middleweight in a fight where i was the underdog. i trained hard. 3 hours a night at the gym monday thru friday, and i ran 6 miles a day cuz in brockton gyms, conditioning is a big thing so i was quite in shape and well prepared and trained. i was then back down to 140 my natural weight right before i got into a car accident taking me out since august. im cleared 2 return now and im invited to go to the golden gloves by my trainer in feb but do you think i can lose 28 lbs of fat ive gained lol and get the ring rust off in time?????

Just train as hard as your body will allow and see where you are when the time comes. How many fights do you have?
Why do you have to be a specific weight? Can't you just enter at what you are at when the tournament comes around?

Well your LBC tournaments should be starting around March I think; depending. You'll have to enter and win there to advance to Regional and then National Golden Gloves.
