    Pavlik vs Taylor 2
    Rafael Marquez vs Vazquez 3
    Zab Judah vs Margarito
Floyd Mayweather vs Oscar De La Hoya 2
    Marquez vs Pacman 2
    Hopkins vs Calzaghe

All these potential matchups are going to make 2008 an even better year for boxing, and considering how great 2007 was, we're in for a treat.

Even the more uninteresting matches are going to be great.

You have Judah and Margarito, two fighters who come to fight and can hit, going toe to toe. And for my money, Judah is the biggest waste of talent the sport has seen in awhile, his handspeed is great, his power is good, and he's an incredible fighter for 6 rounds. Margarito may have come off a disappointing loss to Williams, but anybody who isn't a hater still knows the guy is a danger. Going to be an action packed fight the one.

Most people don't want the Mayweather fight to happen, but I don't know why. Don't get me wrong, Mayweather should be fighting Cotto and he's a joke of a champion for not demanding it, but the first fight was close (anybody who says otherwise watched a different fight), and this one isn't clear cut. I'm probably going to enjoy the 24/7 more though because if rumours are true, Mayweather senior will be in the mix, and that guy is hilarious.

Don't forget Dawson vs Johnson and possibly Dawson gets to break Tarver's face off.
