Are we just goin down hill again after having a huge year in 2007 is 2008 just gona **** up. I mean there already talk of dlh v floyd 2, an because of that we might get cotto v gomez witch i dont think is right gomez hasnt done **** no disrespect to gomez but he dosnt deserve it.:roll:

JMM vs. Pacquiao, Pavlik vs. Taylor II, Miranda vs. Pascal, Marquez vs. Vasquez III, Haye vs. Maccarinelli, Katsidis vs. Casamayor, Klitschko vs. Ibragimov, Williams vs. Quintana, Judah vs. Margarito.... they may not be super fights, but all good fights for boxing fans... 2008 looks good to me.

So far it looks pretty good! I don't care for Dlh Money 2, but I'm sure Cotto will fight someone better after Gomez. He is very active so there is no reason why he won't!
Yeah, Cotto will likely fight someone good after Gomez. I think Wladimir unifying heavyweight titles could help make 2008 great too!
2008 to me already has a better year than 2007. Chad Dawson is expected to have a big year. Junior Witter is expected to have a big year. Wladimir Klitschko is one step away from unifying the titles. The much anticipated Joe Calzaghe vs Bernard Hopkins is going to happen. A lot of great fights are happening in the junior lightweight and lightweight divisions. There is going to be plenty of FOTY year cantindates while 2007 had a lot of stinkers.
For every Joppy/Bute, Ruiz/Random Opponent, Glen Johnson/Chad Dawson, Cotto/Gomez and Golden Girl/Pretty Boy fight you'll have Judah/Margo, the END of the Marquez/Vasquez trilogy, HW unification, a resolution to JMM/Pac and Pavlik/Taylor. It looks to be a good year for boxing so far.
