What's going on in July other than Darchinyan vs Agbeko? This is gonna be a boring month.

07/08 were both about 20 times better years for boxing than this shitty year. So many cancellations, so many poor displays. Heavyweight Div still no closer to sorting itself out.
    Big fights being missed...

AA vs KP should happen this year - seems unlikely.
Mayweather vs Pacquiao should be happening -seems unlikely.
Wlad vs Haye should be happening - seems unlikely.

    In Britain...

Khan vs Murray should happen - seems unlikely,
Calzaghe vs Froch could/should have happened - Definately will not,
Hatton vs Witter should defo now happen - seems unlikely

Fury vs Chisora should happen - seems unlikely

this year has been one of the most disappointing years I can remember - especially after the last two years IMO

2009 hasn't been all that great, but it hasn't been that bad either.

    Let's see...

Juan Manuel Marquez vs. Juan Diaz
    Bernard Dunne vs. Ricardo Cordoba
    Brian Viloria vs. Ulises Solis
    Andre Berto vs. Luis Collazo
    Andreas Kotelnik vs. Marcos Madaina
    Antonio Diaz vs. Javier Castro
    Vicente Escobedo vs. Famoso Hernandez
    Librado Andrade vs. Vitali Tsypko
Giovanni Segura vs. Cesar Canchilla II
    Michael Katsids vs. Jesus Chavez
    Rocky Martinez vs. Nicky Cook
    Jermain Taylor vs. Carl Froch
    Irving Garcia vs. Carlos Abregu
    Miguel Cotto vs. Joshua Clottey

...all were very good to great fights. Plus we had Manny Pacquiao and Shane Mosley both putting on one of the best performances of their careers. And the year is just half way over....
