Froch. Lacy is a waste of space. I dont buy into all this 'Calzaghe ruined him' bollocks. That fight was hyped purely on the fact that Lacy had a good 'six pack' "Come on he's just won six pack of the year in Sports Illustrated" ***S
Two great chins, two **** defences, two power punchers. What a great fight this would be. Similar to Froch Pascal probably, with Froch edging a decision.
i go froch by points, but wouldnt be suprised if lacy got KO'D by carl....carl has better power then joe......and lacy is overrated
Froch by convincing PTS or late stoppage. Lacy is too slow and even if he did land, Froch would eat it for breakfast - the faith I have in that man's chin is very strong. I'll probably get ribbed for this but, I'd still like to see this fight if Lacy beat a ranked contender. Fights where two guys have great chins and questionable defence are always good value! I'd imagine a tear-up in the early stages with Froch narrowly gaining the upper hand. Rob McCracken then tells him off, tells him to use the jab. Froch wears Lacy down with jabs and one-twos in the middle rounds, either working to a decision or getting the stoppage when Lacy has been buttered up.
Froch pts. Probably slightly less one dimensional than Lacy, I think Jeff has proven is durability and would make it to the 12th round.
I picked Lacy by stoppage. Carl has limited boxing skills and as far as i'm concerned,his chin is not as invincible as he or his fans seem to think. I see the fight being a toe to toe war with Lacy eventually forcing the mid round stoppage. I hope i'm wrong,well i'm not sure if i do,,but I think Carl may get exposed when he steps up.
