BC BUCKSKIN GLOVES Another tournament to take place in British Columbia in May will be the Buckskin Gloves. The tournament will be co-hosted by Boxing BC and the newly revived 2 Rivers Boxing Club of Quesnel, BC and is expected to take place in late May.:happy The tournament was revived in the Seventies through the efforts of former boxers Roger Adolph and Ed Williams and has seen some excellent special winners such as former Buckskin Boy Cliff Ballendine from Victoria. Ballendine was also a triple BC Jr. Golden Boy.
