2010 COMMONWEALTH GAMES - BOXING by brian w. zelley Well the race is on for the medal count for the Commonwealth boxers from Australia to Canada and all places in-between. A few of the boxers from different locations have been touted a likely medal winner, but in reality some of the younger less experienced warriors could prevail. For instance, for Team Canada, we have the young lightweight ALEX RYNN from Alberta, to Quebec's own super-heavy DIDIER BENCE. Another "Clouting Canuck" with high hopes is Ontario's STEVE ROLLS.
TEAM ENGLAND: an interesting team with two top contenders including BRADLEY SAUNDERS and the "Liverpool Lightweight", TOM STALKER. TEAM WALES A team of promise with the likes of ANDREW SELBY and FRED EVANS TEAM SCOTLAND Interesting and for some critics controversial with England's CALLUM JOHNSON but then we have JOSH TAYLOR and JOE HAM.
TEAM NORTH IRELAND From light-fly PATRICK (Paddy) BARNES to heavy STEVEN WARD. Some of the others are MARK O'HARA and MICHAEL CONLON
