Delighted for Barnes, he got the shaft off the Chinese

 

hardly shafted. He got the medal he deserved to be honest. Now Kenny might have a claim about being shafted but not Barnes (although yes he scored more than they gave him).

Anyway Barnes has his opportunity to shine now.

Whether he would have won or not, he deserved a fair shake. That 15-0 score was a disgrace. The amount of work he would have put in to get there, and then for that to happen, you would be sickened.

15-0 was shocking the chinese fella won but saying you got beat 15-0 makes it sound really **** it was close but clear for the chinese.

 

Paddy and his team complained after. they knew they were beat but they definitely had words about the score

Didn't see any of the scraps, was Gamal against the Russian a fair result? Hes had a great tournament at just 18.

 

I am obviously only kidding, Paddy threw a hissy fit and almost got a ban from AIBA for it. He obviously had a genuine grievance but handled it wrong imo - emotions were obviously running high. Like I said, he has a chance to shine now!
