The Mayweather that just beat Shane Mosley vs. the Ike Quartey that stopped Vince Phillips. 12 rounds.
I'd probably go for Mayweather. Whereas i think a jab is important to do well against Floyd, i just don;t see Quartey as having a big enough toolbox.
Mayweather might be too fast for Ike and probably takes a clear 12 round UD. Ike probably hurts Floyd a lot more than what Shane showed in the fight, and might even have him down. Floyd is the favourite to win the fight thoug.
I agree with this all the way, yeah Quartey had a great jab and left hook but he was very limited overall. Quartey had absolutely no right hand punch at all, he just pawed with it to set up his left jab. Floyd would have him figured out by round 3 or 4.
