Wlad beats Fury 2010 Vitali beats Wilder Prime Povetkin stops Joshua Whyte polaxes Adamek(whilst down on points) Chagaev beats Ortiz Chambers beats Ruiz Povetkin bowels Boystov over and beats him like drum Parker UD12 Valuev all day long Hunter beats Dimi. He's just better. 5-4 in 2010s favour imo. One guy who only loses to Wlad imo, is Usyk. He beats the rest imo. He should definitely be mentioned in here.
What year was Ibebuchi mainly? mid 1990s? I always thought was a guy who could have gone all the way and stayed there for a while. Lennox was more fluid, but Ibeabuchi was strong and durable.
I don’t think Fury loses to any version of Wlad. Vitali v Wilder is the best matchup. Def see Vit winning rest I agree with except fat Ruiz losing.
To be fair if you add Uysk and Pulev replacing Hunter, it has the potential to be quite a strong one it’s just a shame more of these guys haven’t fought each other. Hopefully 2020 will see a lot of these guys duke it out. With that slightly revised list I’d pick as follows Wlad - although you could easily make a case for Fury Vitali Joshua Whyte Ortiz - Chagaev has a pretty good shot though Ruiz Povetkin Parker - Valuev has a good chance though Pulev has already beaten Dimitrenko Uysk to beat Arreola So with my slightly revised list, I have it 8-2, a pretty resounding win for the modern era. 6-4 if I gave the 2010s the benefit of the doubt in the close fights
The order for 2019 matters as well.... I would pick Wlad over Fury, but Wilder over Wlad...where against Vitali I would pick the opposite...Vitali beats Wilder and Vitali Fury 50/50 for me at the minute.
Why didn’t you invest them precious 10 seconds more wisely instead of pointing out something painfully obvious. I’m kidding.... well sort of lol. I already knew before reading where this one was going
To expand upon my observation a bit further: I think that it is highly unlikely that any of the current crop of heavyweights could compile a resume to rival that of Wladamir Klitschko, and I think that all of them look a lot more beatable than Vitally Klitschko. I also think that a prime Povetkin could be very successful if he came along today. When you get to the lower half of the lists, I find myself liking the modern guys better. I think that Ruiz, Povetkin, Parker and Hunter are of a higher caliber than Boytzov, Valuev, Dimitrenko and Areola.
That was a mistake. Fixed it The match ups. 1.Prime Wlad vs Fury now, Wlad wins 2. Vitali Klitschko vs Wilder. Vitali wins 3. Joshua vs Haye. Joshua wins 4. Povetkin vs Whyte. I go with Povetkin 5.
