For one, Berto vs Pac is a joke. Berto's footwork is not good, and his chin is garbage.

But at least Mayweather fought all those guys, right?

Or at least Mosley who he tried to black ball by giving him a 20% cut.

That doesnt really excuse anything when Pacs the one who is touted as 'the peoples champ' kind of fighter, and Mayweather this cherry picking weasle.

If he wants to be seen under the same light as Floyd, then by all means, accept this fight and then his fans (and I will include myself in that) should start being up front about these fights and quit trying to talk as if its any better then what Floyd has been doing.

I hold Pac to a higher standard then I do Floyd, and thats a compliment to Pac.

Thats all I will say, no use in beating a dead horse. Pac is riveling Cotto as my fav fighter in the sport, Ive got NOTHING but love and respect for the warrior, but I really hope they dont take this fight.

Yeah man I'm not saying its an excuse, I personally thought Pacquiao/Margarito was an example of this at the time. I just thought this was something that was maybe being overlooked in the discussion.

I mean Hatton/Mayweather was clearly an example of minimal risk/high reward. As I feel Oscar/Chavez 2 was. As a boxing fan I don't want to see boxers hunting for the money, I want to see them hunting for the best fights (a lot of the time the two go hand in hand) but I can understand why some fights are taken. The problem with the idea of say a Mosley/Pacquiao is while Mosley should not be fighting guys at that level, his name has a certain prestige to it even if hes not "bankable on his own". However you can build that prestige angle when put in with a PPV star to make the big money. I'm sure Mosley is a where of this and its his neck on the line. I used Mosley as an example because this is the direction Pacquiao may well be going in.

Coming from a fan of Shane. Bigger fan of Shane than Pacquiao and Mayweather put together to boot!

Why does everyone have such high expectations for Pac, and are reluctant to give him any credit, when Mayweather has shown no inclination whatsoever to fight these guys either?

I mean, don't get me wrong...

    Alexander and Berto are jokes.

Bradley is one of my favorites and has great skill and is game as hell, but I think he might be too small for Pac and Mayweather.

To be honest though, I don't give a **** about any of these fights.

    Mayweather vs Pac....

That's it. That's what people wanna see. **** all that other bull****.

I don't like what Arum is doing, but that's the business side of the game. If the fights make money he's gonna keep doing it. No one on Darryl's list brings in more money (except Floyd) than Mosley. Fans should criticise this **** but you gotta understand that it's a business and be consistent with your criticisms.

Floyd Mayweather has been guilty of the same ****, and even publiclly stated that he would fight only the biggest draws. Floyd could have fought P.Williams or Berto but didn't because there's less money in it. Freddie Roach is against the Mosley fight and I hope Pac is too, and I hope he listens to the real fans and gives us a real fight instead of fighting Mosley. No disrespect to Mosley, but I think he doesn't have it anymore to fight competitive for 12 rounds. Fighting Clottey and Cotto was acceptible, Margarito and Mosley are straight bull**** fights.

He's definitely smaller than Mayweather, and while he's roughly the same height as Pac, I think he's a little smaller.

I think Bradley with either man would be a good scrap to be honest, but I don't wanna see t.

I wanna see Mayweather vs Pac.

    That's it.
