This latest ko wasnt a credit to new found power. it was a series of landed punches. A swarm- if you will. He looked REAL fast at WW, lets see how that speed holds up to the other 147ers... if he keeps letting that right go, who knows what may be possible. 6-10 punch combos is nothing to laugh about, (as lozada found out)

 

Yes it wasn't a display of powr punching from Paulie but a show of good speed and aggression. The opponant was billed as a puncher but spent most of the fight running from Malignaggi, you don't see that often! In truth Paulie did what he had to and dispatched a tomato can. There is a BIG step up from that guy to the 147 elites so I'll reserve judgement on where Paulie is at, @147.

 

I've been a Paulie fan for about 5 years, but I have learned not to expect him to win at the highest levels of the sport.

It's spelled Malignaggi. It is deceiving because it sounds like Malinaji, but the best way to remember how to spell it is to remember that though it sounds like Malinaji, it sounds like mal-leg-naggy when you write it out.
