    From espn:

Arum says when Soto-Rios fight he'll have Miguel Vazquez defend his belt on the card against Antillon and "keep this thing going."

I'm just about to watch the Soto fight now

We don't know where JMM is gonna go. But throw in with those guys Guerrero, Katsidis and hopefully Murray and 2011 could be the year of the lightweights.

    What say ye?

Everyone's on about the lightwelters but lightweight is once again looking good!!

My only fear is the top fighters are either with Top Rank or Golden Boy so we'll get two separate 'series' of LW fights. GBP will match JMM, Guerrero, Linares, Katsidis with each other and Top Rank will have their guys Soto, Antillon, Vazquez, Rios and Acosta face off.

And unfortunately, unless Murray changes promoters I can see him being frozen out.

Marquez is the King so I can't see him taking any of these on unless he has no other option. Schaefer seems real keen on a JMM-Guerrero fight for some reason and let's not forget you've got the shells of Morales and Barrera still hanging around...

Lightweight's been strong for the last two years, really. Campbell, Diaz x 2, Katsidis, Casamayor, then Marquez, now Antillon, Soto, Rios, Peterson...

The last five, plus Katsidis, are all at the weight right now. Only Marquez is a cert to beat them all. I think the others are all close matches that would likely be thrilling, except maybe Peterson, depending hos he comes back from his loss.

I just watched the Soto fight and I think JMM vs Soto would be a very good technical thriller and IMO they are the two top guys in the division.
