Last night's Mayweather against the Mosley from the Oscar rematch.

Light Middleweight, 12 round Undisputed Title bout.

    Great Superfight?

I thought Oscar took the second well.

Mosley at his very best at welter (first DLH fight) would be best bet to beat Floyd, but I'd take two time conqueror Vernon Forrest over Floyd @ 147 without hesitation.

Mayweather is to snazzy for Forrest UD for Mayweather albeit a competitive one.

I had Shane edging it... then again I'm not exactly a fan of Oscar.

Prime for prime at welter, shane stops Mayweather.
At 154 a split decision to someone

Mosley didn't throw many punches and was controlled by DLH. This Mosley isn't vastly different to the 2010 Mosley, faster, sharper but the same style with an open defence that's easy enough to outbox by the best. Mayweather should win a shut out decision here, similar to when they fought

Forrest is 1 of the worst styles/opponents for Floyd in WW history. Someone as basic as Mosley should be outboxed by Mayweather at WW though. He beat Oscar because Oscar brawled with him. When Oscar boxed him he won, Forrest and Winky shut him out

Prime Mayorga is arguably more adept than coming forward than Mayweather and is certainly a bigger puncher, which is what won him the fight. Forrest's jab, range, height and speed is a big problem for Mayweather.

Although Quartey of similar dimensions beat a past his best post shoulder injury Forrest, that's certainly a better fight to compare the 2

I just don't think the styles match up to well for Shane, but still I think it's a 50-50 fight. If Shane can't land frequently, which would probably be the case, his confidence seems to be shot a fair bit. Having said that prime WW Mosley would be a whole different beast to what floyd fought. I'll take Mosley by MD in a controversial decision with many close, debatable rounds.

Floyd got rubber legged by an older, slower, non-Balco Shane. He'd be lucky to survive a 2004 Mosley.

Mosley has got a pretty embarrassing defense, but a stronger, faster Shane would still cause major problems for Floyd.
